Appointments
Except for sudden and unexpected accidents and emergencies, all appointments must be pre-booked. Please call us on (03) 9870 0303 for an appointment.
If you need to collect medication, please call ahead so we can ensure that we have it ready for you.
We do our very best to run on time for all our appointments. However, sometimes animals come to us unexpectedly as a result of accidents or life-threatening emergencies. We must treat these animals as a matter of priority, which means that we may not always be able to see you and your animal at your appointed time. We ask for your patience and understanding when this happens. Please remember that we would give your animal the same priority if you were in the same situation.
Pet Safety
Please ensure that your pet is safely secured at all times, either by leash or in an appropriate pet carrier.
Payments
Full payment is required at the time of the consultation. We do not offer credit.
We accept cash payments, eftpos and all major credit cards. We do not accept personal cheques.
